In Iceland we cover ourselves up most of the time because of the cold climate we live in, and therefore the inner layers seldom get a chance to flourish.

However, in the swimming pools of Iceland things are different as these pools are used all year round, regardless of the weather. It’s hard to find another country with a swimming pool culture like the one we have in Iceland, and perhaps it is because swimming pools allow us to escape from the cold. Inspiration is found in this culture and the atmosphere that can be experienced in the swimming pools, as well as the forms that can be found there.
